Our rates are highly competitive and among the best in the industry. Pay rates vary based on:

• Your professional role and specialization
• Years of experience and qualifications
• Location of the assignment
• Type of shift (day, night, weekend)
• Notice period for the booking

As a guide, our rates typically range from £15-25/hour for HCAs, £25-40/hour for RNs, and £50-100/hour for doctors, with enhanced rates for nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

You'll see the exact rate for each shift before accepting, and payment is processed weekly via BACS.

There's no minimum commitment - work one shift a month or five shifts a week, it's entirely up to you. You can also opt for longer-term contracts or block bookings if you prefer more stability.
