5. Professional Obligations

As a healthcare professional using our services, you agree to:

Maintain valid professional registration

Keep all compliance documents current

Attend confirmed shifts punctually

Provide adequate notice for cancellations

6. Payment Terms

For Healthcare Professionals

  • Payment rates will be confirmed before shift acceptance
  • Payments are processed weekly via BACS transfer
  • Timesheets must be submitted and approved before payment
  • Statutory deductions will be applied as required by law
  • Payment disputes must be raised within 14 days

For Healthcare Employers

  • Rates will be agreed upon before staff placement
  • Invoices are issued weekly or as agreed
  • Payment terms are typically 30 days from invoice date
  • Late payment fees may apply for overdue invoices

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use the services for any unlawful purpose
  • Bypass or circumvent our placement services
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platforms, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nurse & Doc Network and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
